Matthew Jacobson is a Dallas native, father and architect. He started his architecture journey with a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington followed by four years of studying for and completing the architect licensing exams. He recently passed his last exam and is now a licensed architect in Texas.
Matthew works at a boutique architecture firm in Deep Ellum that focuses on residential work, historic preservation, and other small commercial projects. He is currently project manager for the restoration of a 62,000 square foot historic cotton warehouse in Deep Ellum currently under construction.
He is also a dedicated husband and father of fraternal twins (one boy and one girl). When not working on projects, he enjoys gardening, 3d printing, and training dogs for scent work and obstacle courses.
